To take a
model's photo via a connected digital camera, click on the icon "Take digital
photo"
. A
window with options for working with digital cameras will open.
This
function allows you to take a photo using your PC and a digital camera you connected. This
is usually a digital video camera, such as a web cam or similar. Most digital cameras -
not video but still image - do not support the option to take a picture using the PC.
Note:
To load an image from a digital (still image) camera, you have several options:
Direct camera access:
If you can connect your camera via a USB port or docking station, or if you have a
Flash-Card reader, you can open your photos as files from the "Load image from file" menu. Your camera or
Flash-Card will appear as a new drive letter, e.g. E:\ if you have a CD-ROM drive.
TWAIN driver:
If your camera or scanner supports the TWAIN standard, you can access your photos via this
option "Load from TWAIN source".
In some cases digital cameras, especially inexpensive web cams, provide TWAIN access. In
this case you can access the camera via both options.
Proprietary software:
With some cameras you have to use the software that came with your camera to download
photo to your hard disk and then open the file
or copy photo to the clipboard and then load
it from clipboard.
Unfortunately,
we cannot tell you which of the above is supported by your camera. There are just too many
cameras on the market and new ones come out every day. If you use this function and
receive the message "Camera not found", you have to try and use one of the other
methods.

details, please contact your camera's manufacturer or dealer.
